Submitting an Application

    Print out the application. There are 2 parts to the application - both of these have been provided in pdf files. Please print both of the pages and continue to the next step.

    Our applications require Adobe Acrobat Reader. It may be downloaded, free of charge, from Adobe's website.

    Complete the Pilgrim's Application with your personal information.

    Hand your sponsor the following

    • Completed Pilgrim's Application
    • Blank Sponsor's Application
    • A non-refundable deposit of $25. Please make checks payable to the Greater Cincinnati Emmaus Community. (The balance of $75 will be due at the time of your Walk to Emmaus weekend).

    Your sponsor will complete the Sponsor's Application and send the entire application/deposit to the appropriate address below.
